What's the catch? Unlimited surveys, participants, and teammates?

There is no catch! Create as many surveys with as many people as you'd like, entirely for free. Our paid plans offer advanced setup and analysis features that professional teams and researchers need, like customer segmentation analysis.

Can I pay monthly? Are there non-subscription options?

OpinionX offers yearly subscriptions and one-time upgrades on a pay-per-survey basis. There is no monthly subscription option. Any subscriptions can be edited, cancelled, or up/downgraded at any time by you from your workspace settings.

Can all workspace teammates create surveys? For free?

Yes! Your workspace includes unlimited teammate seats and every teammate you invite can create their own OpinionX surveys for no extra cost. Teammates are users you invite to your shared workspace. We encourage you to share your subscription with your teammates :)

Does OpinionX offer languages other than English?

Yes! All OpinionX surveys can be set to any of 59 supported languages.

What is the time limit on the one-time upgrade?

There is no time limit on the validity of a one-time survey upgrade. One-time upgrades can only be applied to a single research project. Customers found to be resetting and reusing one-time upgrade surveys for multiple research projects will be found in breach of OpinionX's payment terms.

Can I get a free trial of a paid tier?

All users get a free trial of our premium functionality automatically — preview our premium analysis features with data from your first 10 participants, try out our Sample Surveys, or book a product demo for personal tour.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Of course. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing → Billing Details, where you can edit or cancel your current plan. Cancelled plans get auto downgraded on their next renewal date.

Do you facilitate procurement processes such as data security or privacy reviews?

Contact hello@opinionx.co to initiate a procurement security review (only available when procuring Accelerate or Advanced Tier plans). Check our public data security docs. Wire transfer payments are only available on Advanced Tier plans.
