OpinionX only offers yearly subscriptions. It is not possible to pay by month or by individual survey. If you only want to pay once, you can purchase a yearly subscription and turn off renewal in your billing settings. Yearly subscriptions receive an automated email 7 days before renewal to inform you of your upcoming payment.

Our free tier is a free trial! It includes all survey setup and analysis features with a limit of 25 participants per survey so that you have a no-cost and no-commitment way to test whether OpinionX meets your needs before you decide whether to buy a premium plan.

All workspaces include unlimited researcher seats for creating surveys. Within each survey, you can choose up to 5 editors to work with, which you can decide on a survey by survey basis. You can also publish your survey results with a private shareable link that gives an unlimited number of people view-only access to your interactive results.

OpinionX offers advanced market research methods in an easy-to-use survey platform. Question types like conjoint analysis, maxdiff analysis, and pricing studies like Van Westendorp and Gabor Granger are typically locked away on very expensive enterprise plans. OpinionX offers these advanced methods at an affordable price, with a flexible free tier for testing them out, built-in collaboration for teams, and automated analysis to take the complexity out of using these methods in-house regardless of your specialism or experience.

If you’re looking for a basic form builder, you have hundreds of different tools to pick from and OpinionX is likely not for you — that’s ok! Rather than build yet another form tool, we’re focused on giving product teams and user researchers the advanced tooling they need to better understand their most important customers :)

Canceling your OpinionX subscription stops your plan from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not trigger a downgrade or refund for unused time; your account remains active and fully functional until your next renewal date, at which point you will be moved to the free tier.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing Details section of your account settings. Active yearly subscriptions will receive a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date with a link to manage your subscription.

OpinionX subscriptions are non-refundable. Because our free plan provides access to core product functionality, paid subscriptions represent a voluntary expansion of limits rather than a first introduction to the service — refund requests citing unmet product expectations will not be considered.

If you believe your upgrade was accidental, you may contact hello@opinionx.co within 72 hours of upgrading with a genuine explanation to request a refund, considered at our sole discretion.

Refund requests will not be considered where the account has made material use of premium features during the subscription period, including but not limited to collecting responses beyond free-tier limits. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy. Accounts subject to a payment chargeback may be suspended, terminated, and forfeit any account credits.

This policy is outlined under the Refunds section of our Terms Of Use, which users agree to when creating an OpinionX account and customers agree to during checkout when buying any OpinionX products/services.

We know that advanced market research survey methods can feel intimidating — that’s why our Analyze plan includes prepaid consulting time from our research experts to help you design the right study, plan distribution, and analyze your results.

Check out our security documentation here, which likely cover most of what you need. Our Accelerate tier includes facilitation of compliance questionnaires, custom payment processes (such as purchase orders, wire transfer, billing terms). Due to the volume of requests we receive, we can not provide these services for free tier users or customers on the self-service Analyze tier.
