There is no catch! Create as many surveys with as many people as you'd like, entirely for free. Our paid plans offer advanced setup and analysis features that professional teams and researchers need, like customer segmentation analysis.

Can I get a free trial of a paid tier?

You can test all the premium features using our 'Sample Surveys', which are available to all users. We don't offer free trials of any of any paid plans.

What languages is OpinionX available in?

You can create a survey in any language on OpinionX, however, pre-built survey components like "Next" buttons are only available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, and Dutch.

Can all workspace teammates create surveys? For free?

Teammates are users you invite to your shared workspace. Every teammate in your workspace can create new surveys of their own and can access all the same premium features as the pricing tier you're on, for no extra cost at all.

Can all teammates collaborate and edit surveys?

Teammates added to your workspace become a "Viewer" on all your surveys. You can make any user an "Editor" on your surveys. Each survey has a limited number of Editor seats and you can add extra Editor seats to your workspace.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Change or cancel your subscription at any time from the "Upgrade" page. Once you downgrade to Free, your surveys will lose all premium functionality.

My team are a lot more confident because we can sort our whole roadmap by the problems users say are most important.
