Who is OpinionX Academy for?

OpinionX Academy is for teams building new products from scratch. We work predominantly with founders of early-stage B2B SaaS startups and occasionally with established product teams working on something new.

Will I work with Daniel directly?

Yes, I work on all projects directly with the founders or product teams that are participating in OpinionX Academy.

Who from our team should be involved?

Sessions run better with smaller groups. Whoever is deeply involved in setting strategy and knows your target customer best should be present.

Are there any other (hidden) costs?

No. If your research requires paid participant recruitment, we will help you configure this at-cost (no additional price markup).

 

What is my time investment?

We work best with teams whose full focus is on customer discovery. OpinionX Academy includes one 30min check-in call per week plus two optional 60min deep dive sessions per month. There is no minimum number of months required.

If we participate in OpinionX Academy, do we have to buy an OpinionX subscription too?

You don't have to use the OpinionX product to benefit from OpinionX Academy coaching. Access to the Enterprise tier of OpinionX is included in the cost of OpinionX Academy for the duration of your engagement.

What should I do to prepare?

No preparation needed for the free consultation call. If we do proceed to work together, you should collect your current insights (from customer interviews, product feedback, market research) and key hypotheses (that you hope to validate), which will be requested in advance of your first session. A no-frills one-pager doc is fine, no fancy pitch deck required!
